Bally Technologies, Inc. is engaged in designing, manufacturing, distributing, and operating gaming machines and computerized monitoring systems for gaming machines. In addition to selling its gaming devices, the Company also offers its customers a range of lease and rental options.

The Company operates in two business units: the Bally Gaming and Systems and the Rainbow Casino (Rainbow). The Bally Gaming and Systems unit consists of three primary sub-groups: Gaming Equipment, which includes the sale of gaming devices; Gaming Operations, which includes the lease and rental of gaming devices, and Systems, which includes the sale and support of computerized monitoring systems.

The Company also owns and operates the Rainbow Casino in Vicksburg, Mississippi.
