Quantum Learning Teacher Is Teacher Of The Year Finalist

Pam Pedigo, a Quantum Learning-trained teacher, has been nominated as a finalist for the Metro Nashville school district's Teacher of the Year award

Quantum Learning-trained teacher, Pam Pedigo, is a finalist for the Metro Nashville school district’s Teacher of the Year award. Pam has been a strong proponent of Quantum Learning in Nashville and throughout the state of Tennessee.

Pam follows in the footsteps of another award-winning Quantum Learning teacher from Nashville, Kelli Myers. Kelli brought her Quantum Learning teaching methods to Buena Vista elementary school five years ago. Both Kelli and Pam taught 3rd grade and, before long, Kelli was sharing her knowledge with Pam and the other 3rd grade teacher Ellie Terrell.

The success of the 3rd grade students quickly caught the eye of other teachers and the principal, Pattye Evans. Soon, all Buena Vista teachers were being trained in Quantum Learning methods.

Since then, Quantum Learning has gone statewide and is a Tennessee Academy for School Leaders (TASL)-sponsored administrator program within the Department of Education. The entire Tennessee Quantum Learning Story is profiled at the Quantum Learning Network website.

A story about Pam also appears in The Tennessean.
