Sheryl Lowe, the wife of actor Rob Lowe, is being sued by a former nanny who claims Lowe sexually harassed her repeatedly.
Laura Boyce, one of Lowe's former nannies, held a tearful press conference on Thursday that explained the reasons for the lawsuit, which was filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court.
Boyce is one of three ex-employees the Lowes sued last month, claiming the workers spread lies about the couple and broke confidentiality agreements.
Jessica Gibson, another former nanny for the Lowe family, filed a countersuit about Rob and Sheryl Lowe, claiming that Rob sexually harassed her.
Boyce did not mention any sexual harassment allegations against the actor, but he is named in the cross-complaint.
Boyce's lawsuit alleges that Sheryl Lowe walked around naked in front of her and repeatedly made crude comments about her boyfriend's genitals.
The lawsuit claims that Sheryl Lowe "made numerous sexually crude, lascivious and racially derogatory comments. The last sexually and racially offensive comment made by cross-defendant Sheryl Lowe on November 16, 2007 ... forced (Boyce) to resign her employment."
Sheryl Lowe also discussed her sex life with her husband Rob in detail with Boyce and would ask intrusive questions about the nanny's sex life, according to the lawsuit.
