The Phone Companion Software (PCS)-based services are delivered on the Enhanced Services Platform, which allows subscribers to manage calls across their existing landline, mobile and Internet networks. The products and services include CallWave Internet Answering Machine, CallWave Fax, CallWave Mobile, CallWave Web 2.0 Widgets, CallWave Vtxt and PhonePage. As of June 30, 2007, the Company had approximately 631,000 paying subscribers for the services.
