Former track star Tim Montgomery has been charged with heroin distribution. Montgomery, 33, was arrested Wednesday for dealing more than 100 grams of heroin in Virginia for at least a year.
He was held at the Portsmouth city jail. Montgomery told a local newspaper that his arrest was a “total surprise.”
