ASU Cheerleaders Silenced after Athletic Director Drops Squad Due to Photos
The Arizona State University “cheer squad” apparently showed a little too much pep at a party and after photos surfaced of the gathering the school’s athletic director, Lisa Love, felt it enough to shut down the program.
It all stems from a photo of a group of six ASU cheerleaders who took a picture at a party in which they were posing in their bras and panties. Interestingly, the photo was two years old but Love still felt it was enough to penalize the 16-member squad.
The ASU Pictures appeared on the campus blog site “The Dirty.”
