Robert Plant and Alison Krauss Take Show to Oslo, Norway for May 18 Date at Oslo Spektrum Arena ANS

Robert Plant and Alison Krauss have wrapped up their US run of shows and will be hitting the UK on Monday May 5 for a date in Birmingham at the NIA and will then hit several more cities including Oslo on May 18 at the Oslo Spektrum Arena ANS on May 18.

In between the Birmingham and Oslo dates the dup will be in Manchester, May 7; Cardiff, May 8; Dusseldorf, Germany, May 10; Brussels, Belgium, May 11; Paris, France, May 13; Amsterdam, Netherlands, May 14; and Stockholm, Sweden, May 16.

Plant and Krauss will follow thie Oslo show with another date in Norway in Bergen on May 19 and then its off to London on May 22 before heading back to the US for several more shows, the first in Roanoke, VA on June 2.

Plant and Krauss announced they would be touring to support their Raising Sand album that was released on October 23, 2007. The album debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200 chart and was ranked #24 by Rolling Stone in their Top 50 Albums of 2007.

While Plant and Krauss are expected to play several of the songs off Raising Sand they will also perform many of their own singles from their catalog.

There has been a lot of speculation surrounding a potential Led Zeppelin reunion tour following the incredibly successful show they put on in December at the O2 Arena in London but the likelihood of that happening remains slim.
