Jim Hager, Half of “Hee-Haw’s” Hager Twins, Dies at 66
Jim Hager, remembered by many for his humorous act with twin brother Jon Hager on television’s “Hee-Haw,” died on Thursday after collapsing in a coffee shop in
Jim and Jon Hager were original cast members of the country variety show “Hee-Haw” and were crowd favorites as a comical duo that offered one-liners that were almost embarrassingly corny.
The two remained on the show until the mid 1980s and then continued to do their shtick as a traveling act.
Cause of Hager’s death has not been released.
