AGRANA Beteiligungs – AG (WBAG:AGR) will release the fourth quarter earnings for 2007 on Wednesday, May 21.  The financial report will be posted at agrana.com/en/1304.asp.

AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG (AGRANA) is an Austrian investment holding company that, through its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the sugar, starch and fruit industries.

In the sugar division, AGRANA Zucker GmbH manages the Austrian sugar activities and serves as the parent company for the subsidiaries in Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Romania.

The starch division comprises four starch factories in Austria, Hungary and Romania and produces starch and special starch products for the food and beverage, paper and paper converting, textile, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

The fruit division focuses on making fruit preparations and manufacturing fruit juice concentrates, which are supplied to the dairy, baked products, ice-cream and soft drinks industries. AGRANA is headquartered in Vienna, Austria.
