Yankees Fan Facing Murder Charges after Running Over Red Sox Fan

A 43-year-old Nashua, New Hampshire woman is now facing murder charges after the man she’s accused of running over died.

The woman, a New York Yankees fan, is believed to have intentionally run over Matthew Beaudoin after the two were involved in an argument over baseball at a local bar. Beaudoin, a Boston Red Sox fan, was struck by Ivonne Hernandez later that night in what police believe was a result of their heated exchange earlier in the night.

Beaudoin, 29, had left the bar with his 21-year-old girlfriend Maria Hughes when Hernandez ran the pair down. Hughes was injured in the accident while Beaudine died as a result of his injuries.
