Business Post Group plc is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is engaged in the provision of express collection and delivery services for parcels, mail and palletised goods.

The Company is organized into three divisions: Parcel Services, Mail Services and Specialist Services. Parcel Services offers primarily next day business to business (B2B), business to customer (B2C) and cross-border collection and delivery services through the Express, HomeServe and International brands.

Parcel Services operates through a national network of 57 depots for domestic shipments, and a number of business partners for international deliveries. Mail Services, comprising UK Mail, is licensed by Postcomm, the independent regulator, to offer mail services throughout the United Kingdom. UK Mail provides a two-day delivery service. Specialist Services comprises its same-day and palletised goods delivery activities, through the UK Today, BXTech and UK Pallets brands.
