Amy Winehouse Arrested in London on Suspicion of Drug Possession

Amy Winehouse was under arrest Wednesday after being questioned at a London police station in connection to a video of  the singer smoking crack.

According to a spokesman for Scotland Yard, “Around 1 p.m. today a 24-year old woman from the Camden area attended a London police station by arrangement and was arrested in connection with the alleged possession of a controlled drug.”

Winehouse remains in custody over the video, which shows footage of the troubled soul singer smoking crack cocaine, snorting ecstasy and taking six Valium.
