1 - Never go more than three or four hours without eating at least a snack
2 - Take at least 20 minutes to eat your food
3 - Schedule meals so you don't regularly go through drive-thrus famished
4 - Drink plenty of water to help keep you full
5 - Limit simple sugars and processed foods that cause you to feel hungry sooner
