13-Year-Old Boy Suffers Heart Attack While Running Bases in Baseball Game
A 13-year-old boy suffered a heart attack while he was rounding the bases during a baseball game in Boise, Idaho on Wednesday.
The game was being played at Lake Hazel Middle School in southwest Boise and at one point the teenager collapsed while running. Several bystanders rushed the field to help the boy and performed CPR until the paramedics arrived.
He was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital in Meridian. His condition has not been released.
