eLoyalty Corporation (eLoyalty) is engaged in the provision of enterprise solutions and services, including various analytics and technologies. The Company is focused on developing its business through two primary service lines: Behavioral Analytics and Integrated Contact Solutions.

Historically, the Company has provided a range of customer relationship management (CRM) services and products. It principally caters to clients in North America, particularly the United States and Canada, Europe and Australia.

The Company generates three types of revenue through the Behavioral Analytics and Integrated Contact Solutions Service Lines, and through its traditional CRM business. Consulting services revenue is generally project-based, and sold on a time and materials or fixed-fee basis. Managed services revenue is recurring, annuity revenue derived from long-term (generally one to five years) contracts. Product revenue is generated through the resale of third-party software and hardware.
