Marche Taylor Arrested for Skimpy Prom Dress in Houston

Marche Taylor, a Houston high school student, was denied entry and later arrested at her high school prom Sunday due to her skimpy prom dress.

Taylor, a senior at Houston's Madison High School, was not allowed into the prom, which was held at the Sugar Land Marriott, upon arrival. Taylor demanded that she be allowed into her senior prom.

Once a sponsor at the prom officially kicked her out of the ballroom, Taylor asked for a refund, but was denied.

Taylor and the sponsor had a minor verbal altercation, but police were called. Taylor was then arrested and placed in handcuffs.

Taylor, who took just one picture with a friend at prom, was featured in one official picture with her in cuffs, which circulated through news outlets in Houston and throughout the nation.
