Jaipur, India Target of Terrorist Bomb Blasts, at least Ten Killed

A series of five to seven bomb blasts in Jaipur, India have killed at least ten people and left dozens injured on Tuesday.

The popular tourist spot located in the northern Indian state of Rajasthan was rocked at about 7:30 p.m. in what is believed to be a terrorist attack.

Relief efforts were being hampered due to congestion.
