The hunt for a Darfur rebel leader intensified Tuesday after an attack on government forces left nearly 100 soldiers dead.
Sudan’s Defense Minister called for “all citizens all over Sudan, especially in Darfur and Kordofan states, to immediately provide the authorities with any information that will lead to the arrest of Khalil Ibrahim.”
A reward for information on Ibrahim’s whereabouts or capture doubled to $250,000 dollars.
