Nate Dogg, the popular hip-hop/R&B singer, was rumored to have died, according to MediaTakeOut.com reports on Tuesday.

The reports said the singer was dead due to complications with a stroke.

However, the information about Nate Dogg's death was false, prompting Media Take Out to retract the statement and offer an apology.
