Lindsay Harris Remains Found Near Illinois Highway
State police found the pelvis and legs of a woman in May 2005 and created a DNA profile in the FBI database. Investigators then began looking into missing person cases around the country.
The DNA profile was tested against a toothbrush of Harris’. The DNA matched and Harris’ parents were notified of her death. The case is still being investigated.
