Attack Outside Police Barracks in Northern Spain Blamed on ETA

A bomb exploded early Wednesday outside a police barracks in northern Spain, killing one and wounding four others.

Although no one has claimed responsibility for the bombing, authorities are blaming the violent Basque separatist group ETA.

The barracks housing Spanish civil guard policemen and their families were severely damaged in the town of Legutiano near the Basque capital of Vitoria.
