The agreement came just hours after the CAW forged a deal with General Motors, and just two weeks after reaching a similar deal with Ford.
Union negotiators had been in meetings with Chrysler and GM throughout the night to work out the respective agreements, which were not exactly the same as the deal arranged with Ford.
In exchange for improvements in other areas, workers will see their wages frozen for three years.
Ford’s deal, which has been ratified by CAW members, reduced vacation time and stopped cost-of-living wage adjustments for at least a year, but ensured base wages would remain constant.
CAW voting will begin Friday for GM workers and on Saturday for Chrysler workers.
