Milhaus CEO Tadd M. Miller named to Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series Class XXXV
Milhaus Development, a residentially focused mixed-use and urban development firm based in Indianapolis, IN is please to announce that it’s CEO has been accepted into Class XXXV of the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series.
The Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce along with Stanley K. Lacy Foundation teams up every year to choose 25 of the top young leaders in Indianapolis for program participation. Miller founded Milhaus, which is an Indianapolis based real estate development firm with a national footprint. Milhaus focuses on residentially driven urban infill and mixed use development projects, specifically in joint venture or participatory relationships with large commercial developers. Miller graduated in 1998 from the College of Architecture and Urban Planning at Ball State University, completed his MBA at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2002, and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University in 2006. Miller is an avid advocate for the redevelopment of the urban core and for sustainable mixed use development, leading the conversation through his blog Think Mixed Use. Miller an active member in the Urban Land Institute (“ULI”), serving on the national program committee, as chair of mission advancement for the local Indianapolis council, and sits on the Urban Mixed Use Product Council.
