To help support parents who want to be more involved in their children’s academic and personal lives, Quantum Learning Education, a division of Quantum Learning Network, has introduced a Quantum Learning for Parents program.

This program joins the company’s highly successful Quantum Learning for Teachers, Quantum Learning for Students and Quantum Learning for Administrators programs all of which are designed to help the academic world and families make great kids greater.

Quantum Learning for Parents is patterned after the company’s Parent Weekend offered in its SuperCamp summer camp programs for several years. The decision to add Quantum Learning for Parents to the Quantum Learning Education line-up was based on the positive response received from parents who have participated in Parent Weekend and corporate parent programs over the last 15 years.

“Parenting may be the most rewarding and challenging job you will ever have,” said Bobbi DePorter, president of Quantum Learning Network. “Children offer us as adults the chance to grow, since through teaching and guiding we continually give of ourselves regardless of return. Quantum Learning for Parents gives parents tools that help them offer the guidance and support their children seek.”

Quantum Learning for Parents programs can be customized to the specific needs, time availability and budget of a school or school district. A program can range from one weekday evening up to a comprehensive two-day weekend session and it can be integrated with other Quantum Learning programs or stand alone.

The company’s youth and teen summer camps have been helping students achieve success since 1982. The academic summer camps are now offered at eight colleges throughout the U.S. and worldwide.
