Robert Plant and Alison Krauss Return to U.S. with Show at Roanoke Civic Center in Virginia on June 2.

Robert Plant and Alison Krauss will be returning to the U.S. for a series of shows, their first date scheduled to be June 2 at the Roanoke Civic Center in Virginia.

Plant and Krauss are currently wrapping up their European leg with remaining dates in Bergen, Norway on May 19 and London at Wembley Arena on May 22.

Following their Roanoke show the two will travel to Uncasville, CT on June 4 and then on to Boston, MA the following night. Also on tap for Plant and Krauss is an appearance at Bonnaroo Music Festival in Manchester, TN on June 15.

Plant and Krauss announced they would be touring to support their Raising Sand album that was released on October 23, 2007. The album debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200 chart and was ranked #24 by Rolling Stone in their Top 50 Albums of 2007.

While Plant and Krauss are expected to play several of the songs off Raising Sand they will also perform many of their own singles from their catalog.

There has been a lot of speculation surrounding a potential Led Zeppelin reunion tour following the incredibly successful show they put on in December at the O2 Arena in London but the likelihood of that happening remains slim.
