Bouygues SA (EPA:EN) to Release Q1 2008 Earnings June 3

Bouygues SA (EPA:EN) will release the first quarter earnings for 2008 on Tuesday, June 3.  The financial results will be made available on the company’s website at boyugues.com/us/finance/presentation_comptes.asp.

A French group, Bouygues operates within two sectors, telecommunications and media and construction.  The construction sector is comprised of three core subsidiaries.  Bouygues Construction is specialized in building and public works activities, principally in electrical engineering, and facility maintenance.  Bouygues Immobilier, a property development company, is engaged in the development of residential, corporate and commercial properties, and the execution of urban development schemes.  Colas is focused on the construction and maintenance of transport, urban development and leisure infrastructure, such as roads.

Telecommunications and media is made up of two companies.  TF1 is engaged in audiovisual and cinema production, the acquisition and sale of audiovisual rights, and the publishing and distribution of compact discs and digital versatile discs.  Bouygues Telecom provides mobile telephone and broadband Internet services.
