Lindsay Lohan Goes to Jail
Controversial Actress Cuffed and Taken Away
Lindsay Lohan is being taken to jail right now. The 24-year old model, actress, and singer surrendered herself in court earlier today for arrest. Lohan had until 8:30 AM PT to surrender herself to the court for arrest. Sentenced to 90 days in prison, Lohan was cuffed in the courthouse and is now on her way to the Lynwood Correctional Facility in California. Before "LiLo" was cuffed, the judge ordered that all cameras stop recording, so there is apparently no footage of this controversial young actress being cuffed. But there are plenty of cameras waiting at Lynnwood to get shots of Lohan as she enters the facility. For those who haven't been keeping up with the latest drama in Lindsay Lohan's life, the former childhood star was sentenced to 90 days in jail after a judge had determined that Lohan had violated the terms of a probation sentence she was serving for a DUI charge. Now on her way to jail, Lohan will likely only have to serve 25% of her sentence, according to TMZ.com, because of overcrowding. That is 23 days in jail.
