NCI Building Systems Inc (NYSE:NCS) to Release Q2 2008 Earnings June 3

NCI Building Systems Inc (NYSE:NCS) will release the second quarter earnings for 2008 on Tuesday, June 3.  A conference call will be held at 10:30 am ET on that day to discuss the financial results.  The call will be made available via webcast at ncilp.com.

NCI Building Systems, Inc. is engaged in manufacturing and marketing of metal products for the nonresidential construction industry. The Company operates 44 manufacturing facilities located in 18 states and Mexico. It sells metal coil coating services, metal components and engineered building systems.

The Company’s segments include metal coil coating, metal components and engineered building systems. The metal coil coating segment consists of cleaning, treating, painting and slitting continuous steel coils before the steel is fabricated for use by construction and industrial users. The metal components segment sales include metal roof and wall systems, metal partitions, metal trim, doors and other related accessories. The engineered building systems segment includes the manufacturing of main frames and Long Bay Systems, and includes engineering and drafting.

As of April 7, 2006, the Company completed the acquisition of RCC.
