Motley Crue on Crue Fest Tour to Play in Clarkston, MI July 15

Motley Crue will be playing alongside Buck Cherry, Papa Roach, SIXX:A.M. and Trapt for Crue Fest in Clarkston, MI at the DTE Energy Music Theater on Tuesday, July 15 at 5:00 pm.  Afterwards, Crue Fest will then move on to the First Midwest Bank Amphitheater in Tinley Park, IL on July 16.

Formed in Los Angeles, California in 1981, Motley Crue is an American Hard Rock Band known for their hard living lifestyles, brushes with the law, jail time, alcohol and drug addiction, tattoos and escapades with women.  Comprised of Nikki Sixx (bass guitar), formerly of London, Tommy Lee (drummer), Mick Mars (lead guitar) and Vince Neil (vocals), the band has sold over 72 million albums which included 25 million within the United States alone.   

The band’s ninth and latest album, Saints of Los Angeles, will be released on June 17, 2008, in addition to an autobiographical film called The Dirt which will be released in 2009.
