KISS will perform live in concert in Helsinki, Finland at Hartwell Arena on Tuesday, May 27 at 9:00 pm. The band will play again at the venue the following night before moving on to Stockholm, Sweden for a concert at the Stockholm Stadium May 30.
Formed in New York City in 1973, American rock band KISS is known for their trademark face paint and stage outfits. They first gained popularity in the 1970’s as the group developed a reputation of holding elaborate live performances which often included fire-breathing, blood spitting, smoking guitars and pyrotechnics. The band has received 34 gold albums and sold over 80 million albums worldwide.
The original band line up included Paul Stanley (vocals, rhythm guitar), Gene Simmons (vocals, bass guitar), Ace Frehley (lead guitar, vocals) and Peter Criss (drums, percussion, vocals).
