Biscuits & Bath Pet Spa Sued After Schnauzer Nearly Loses Leg in Dog Fight

Biscuits & Bath spa on Fifth Avenue is facing a law suite filed by Jeffrey Tullman who claims that his schnauzer, Diesel, nearly lost his leg after a fight with a pit bull at the spa.  The large pit bull allegedly got loose and attacked the smaller dog.  He is suing the company for $200,000 in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Diesel had to undergo surgery and required over a dozen stitches.

Jason Christmas, the spa’s manager, notes that all customers need to sign liability waivers before their pets can be left at the facility as the spa is a cage free and off leash center.
