Telecommunications services provides telecommunications and other services, including design, engineering, construction, installation, maintenance and removal of telecommunications equipment for the outside plant and central offices of telecommunications and cable companies. The Telecommunications Services segment is a provider of turnkey solutions to the telecommunications, cable and other industries, as well as for large corporations and governmental entities.

In September 2007, VoltDelta Resources, LLC, the principal business unit of the Computer Systems segment, acquired LSSi Corp. (LSSi).
