17-year-old Gets 10 Year Jail Term for Stealing Pizzas

A 17-year-old boy has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for stealing pizzas and attacking the delivery man.

 

Chase Riessen of Sioux City, Iowa was sentenced Thursday after pleading guilty to first-degree theft and assault while participating in a felony.

 

According to court records, Riessen and three other teens called in a pizza order for the purpose of attacking the delivery man when he arrived.

 

In addition to the jail term, Riessen will pay Domino’s Pizza $115 in restitution and an undetermined amount to the delivery man attacked.

 

One of the other teens involved, 18-year-old Domonique Nok, pleaded guilty to the same charges and received a 10 year prison sentence as well.
