The Lake Powell & Glen Canyon National Recreation Area is another spectacular destination in Utah. The second largest manmade lake in the country, the majestic Lake Powell extends 186 miles, from Hite, Utah to Page, Arizona. Here, visitors can enjoy the awesome spectacles of Antelope Canyon as well as the dazzling Rainbow Bridge National Monument. The best times to visit are in the spring and fall, as the summers are unbearably hot and the winters are quite cold.
