The Kingdom Assignment Foundation to Host 2nd Annual WELL DONE AWARDS™ Benefit at The Grove of Anaheim www.TheGroveOfAnaheim.com

Sunday, June 1st, Doors Open at 6:00 pm (meet and greet) Show Starts 7:00 pm Celebrating Amazing Stories of Faith

The WELL DONE AWARDS™ was created by The Kingdom Assignment™ Foundation founders and authors Denny and Leesa Bellesi in an effort to recognize extraordinary stories of faith.  This year promises to be a spectacular celebration honoring 25 individuals, organizations, and churches who have shown amazing selfless and innovative ways to share the love and compassion taught in the Bible through the life example of Jesus Christ.

The annual WELL DONE AWARDS™ is a fundraiser event held once a year, to raise capital to support Kingdom Assignments within the Christian church community, worldwide.  The proceeds enable The Kingdom Assignment™ Foundation to grant and gift monies to interested churches who want to creatively serve the needs of people outside of the walls of their congregations.

“We are so excited to be hosting the WELL DONE AWARDS™ at The Grove of Anaheim this year and are expecting a sold out audience of friends and guests from all over the U.S. and around the world,” said Leesa Bellesi.  “People have responded enthusiastically to this special awards night recognizing the faith, hope, and love that our recipients give on a daily basis which encourages others to go and do the same,” reflected Mrs. Bellesi.  Her husband, Pastor Denny Bellesi, added “People are tired of JUST hearing from the church, they want to SEE the church in action.”

The headliners for the evening include American Idol Chris Sligh (www.ChrisSligh.com), who recently released his new CD “Running Back to You”.  Chris will debut the song written for the WELL DONE AWARDS™.  In addition, appearing are inspirational speaker of “Life without Limbs” (www.LifeWithoutLimbs.org) founder, Nick Vujicic (recently featured on ABC’s 20/20), Adam Christing (www.adamchristing.com), founder of “Clean Comedians”, and performing Gospel singer, Zelda Mercado, Mother of this year’s American Idol contestant Syesha Mercado. Also, Darren King, Worship Leader at Crossline Church (www.CrossLineChurch.com) and backup Hip Hop Dancers (who have been featured on several dance reality shows) will liven up the stage.

Awardees include:

Rudy Ruettiger (http://www.rudyinternational.com/) the true-to-life hero “Rudy” from the inspirational and historic feature film based on his dream to make the team at Norte Dame.

McKay Hatch (14) will perform live his YouTube rap sensation.  McKay launched the “No Cussing Club” (www.NoCussing.com) that has swept the Nation and now has become a world-wide movement.

Operation of Hope (www.OperationOfHope.org) has performed over 1,800 facial surgeries on
children with cleft pallets in foreign countries.  In the month of April alone, Operation of Hope’s medical team went to Zimbabwe, Africa and in just 10 days restored the faces of 79 children.

The WELL DONE AWARDS™ will celebrate the Jesus Film (http://www.jesusfilm.org/) and three couples, Paul and Kathy Eshelman, Tom and Diane Cannavino and Jack and Ruth Hoke, each having a huge impact on the work of bringing the Jesus Film to every native language in the world.

Seventeen-year-old Shauna Boucher will travel over 3000 miles from Kingfield, Maine to receive her award.  When after receiving $20 from her Pastor at Western Mountains Baptist Church to do a Kingdom Assignment she organized a Skate Board Competition, multiplying her money to $1100.00 for Blood Water (www.BloodWaterMission.com) an organization that has dug over 340 freshwater wells in 11 countries providing water to over 276,000 people in Africa.  383 more clean water solutions are planned for 2008.
