Carclo plc (LON:CAR) to Release Preliminary 2007 Earnings June 10

Carlco plc (LON:CAR) will release the preliminary earnings for 2007 on Tuesday, June 10.  The financial results will be made available on the company’s website at  carclo.co.uk.

Carclo plc is a global supplier of technical plastic products. The Company operates in two business segments: Technical Plastics and Precision Products. The Technical Plastics segment supplies fine tolerance, injection moulded plastic components, which are used in medical, telecom and electronics products. The Precision Products segment supplies systems to the automotive and aerospace industries.

Some of its wholly owned subsidiaries include Carclo Technical Plastics Limited, Carclo Technical Plastics Shanghai Co. Limited, CTP Wipac Limited and Bruntons Aero Products Limited. On May 12, 2006, the Company disposed of its automotive control cables business, which comprises its wholly owned subsidiary, CTP Gills Cables Limited together with its 50% investment in CTP Suprajit Automotive Private Limited. On October 1, 2006, the Company acquired Conductive Inkjet Technology.
