Another worthwhile place to go in Nebraska is the historic city of Chadron. Here you'll find the Museum of the Fur Trade, which chronicles much of the history of the fur trade industry with the local Native Americans during the 19th century. Chadron is also home to the Chadron and Fort Robinson state parks, both of which provide some superb outdoor recreation.
