Former ‘80s pop star and Wham! frontman George Michael is in trouble with the law yet again, allegedly owed to substance abuse. The British singer was arrested on July 4 on suspicion of being unfit to drive, according to the BBC.
The arrest happened after police received reports that a car had crashed into a building in north London. Following the arrest, Michael was taken to a north London police station where he was released on bail, but he is due back in court in August. Meanwhile, police will continue to investigate the incident in Hampstead.
Michael was last in trouble with the law in June 2007, when he was banned from driving for two years after pleading guilty to driving while unfit through drugs.
