Jeff Peckman to Release Video of Aliens
“You could see them blink as they looked in a window and panned a room,” Peckman told city officials.
He proposed an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission composed of 18 members. He needs 4,000 signatures to get the proposal on the ballot.
