A little league fight was caught on tape in Washington as a player got hit with a sucker punch during the line when opposing players give each other handshakes.
The incident happened during a tournament in Snonomish County during Memorial Day Weekend.
After a little league game, two opposing teams lined up for a routine line of congratulatory handshakes. One player came down the line, gave everyone handshakes, but then cocked back and hit an opposing player with a sucker punch.
The player who was hit and his family don't want to be identified, but said he was given stitches at a nearby hospital after the incident. His mother said he spent the weekend nursing his busted lip, which required stitches.
The Washington state police are looking into the incident as an assault case.
