Angelina Jolie gave birth to twins in France on Friday, according to Associated Press. Entertainment Tonight first broke the story on their website.
According to Entertainment Tonight, Jolie gave birth to twin girls: Isla (pronounced eye-la) Marcheline and Amelie Jane Jolie-Pitt. Marcheline and Jane are names after Angelina and Brad's mothers, respectively.
Jolie and her companion Brad Pitt recently moved into the Miraval Estate villa in the French hamlet of Correns, in the Provence region of the country. The Miraval Estate villa, which has seen occupants such as Sting, Pink Floyd and the Cranberries, is located in the L'Auberge du Parc inn.
The twins become the fifth and sixth children in the Jolie-Pitt family, which consists of Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3 and Shiloh, 2.
There are some conflicting reports as People Magazine published Friday that the reports of Jolie giving birth were false.
Associated Press said that representatives of neither Pitt nor Jolie have confirmed or denied the statements of the births.
