SuperCamp's New York summer camps at Cornell University in Ithaca are providing students throughout the northeast and in eastern Canada with an opportunity for a unique 10-day residential camp experience at one of the most beautiful college campuses in the world.
The summer camps at Cornell give middle school and high school students a chance to sample the Ivy League by living in Cornell's dorms and participating in indoor and outdoor activities throughout the 10-day summer academic program.
SuperCamp at Cornell is unsurpassed for its beauty and prestige. Founded in 1865, Cornell's 745-acre campus is located in the Finger Lakes region of New York State and sits on a hilltop overlooking 40-mile-long Cayuga Lake, the largest of the Finger Lakes. Creeks and waterfalls fill the gorges on two sides of the campus and one is never far from the sight and sound of falling water. This is an area of great natural beauty that intertwines and blends with the university's graceful quads and inspiring architecture.
Due to the popularity of SuperCamp's Cornell camps, Quantum Learning Network recently announced the addition of a third Senior Forum session at Cornell, which will provide an opportunity for 120 more students entering grades 9 through 12 in the fall to grab a spot in this program.
Also unique among New York summer camps is SuperCamp's Parent Weekend offered at Cornell for parents of students enrolled in any of this summer's SuperCamp programs. Parent Weekend is a three-day explosion of insights for parents into what the students learn at SuperCamp, as well as input on how to support and communicate more effectively with their kids. Parent Weekend runs July 18-20 at Cornell.
