Nurse Charged with Injecting Patients with Bleach

A Lufkin, Texas nurse was arrested on Friday and charged with intentionally injecting two patients at a dialysis center with bleach.

Kimberly Clark Saenz has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault and her bail was set at $200,000.

According to police two people witnessed Saenz, 34, directly inject bleach into dialysis lines for a pair of patients on April 28. Saenz was fired from the DaVita Dialysis Center the following day and then arrested on Friday.

Both patients survived the injection but one was admitted to a hospital for further treatment.
