According to Jeff Peckman, the man who provided the video footage, the screening bore proof that extraterrestrial life was real and called upon
The three-minute video was shot by Stan Romanek who had set up his camera to catch what he thought were Peeping Toms only to discover balloon-shaped heads popping above a window sill eight feet off the ground.
In the still image a head with large eyes can be seen peering through a window yet the nature of the image is hard to decipher. According to Peckman the inquisitive alien/aliens “looked very gentle and very innocent and youthful.”
Peckman would not release the video because it is under agreement and a possible documentary is in the works.
