Russian Security Forces Arrest Suspected Hijacker at Moscow Airport

Russian security forces have arrested a man they believe was attempting to hijack a plane, detaining him at Moscow’s Domodedovo airport shortly after the flight landed.

According to reports the man had behaved in a threatening manner while the plane was travelling from the North Caucasus. There have not been any reports providing specific details of what those threats were.

After the plane landed special forces, disguised as doctors, boarded the plane and managed to detain the man.
