As of October 31, 2007, it had an installed unit / seat base of approximately 25,000 shufflers, approximately 5,000 live table games, approximately 6,000 electronic table systems seats and approximately 19,000 electronic gaming machine seats. In September 2007, it announced the closing of its acquisition of the Company's worldwide Table Games Division (TGD) assets, including the worldwide rights and lease contracts for all of Progressive's table game titles, including Caribbean Stud and Texas Hold 'Em Bonus.
