Mel Ferrer Dies at 90
Ferrer starred and directed in many films with his then-wife, Audrey Hepburn. He and Hepburn were engaged in 1954 and married later that year. She was his third wife. They divorced in 1968.
Ferrer stared in classic films including ‘Lili,’ ‘War and Peace,’ and ‘The Sun Also Rises.’ He appeared in more than 100 movies, directed 9 films and produced 9 films.
He is survived by his fourth wife, Elizabeth Soukhotine, four sons and two daughters.
