The U.N. Security Council is set to hear from an International Criminal Court prosecutor Thursday regarding efforts to pursue two ‘war criminals’ indicted last year on crimes committed in the Darfur region of Sudan.
Ahmad Harun and Ali Kushayb face charges of murder, rape, forced displacement and other crimes against humanity, yet the Sudanese government refuses to arrest them.
