Elizabeth Arden, Inc. is a global beauty products company with a range of prestige fragrance, skin care and cosmetics brands. On August 11, 2006, the Company completed the acquisition of certain assets comprising the fragrance business of Sovereign Sales, LLC.

During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2007 (fiscal 2007) the Company acquired the global license for the Giorgio Beverly Hills brand.
