Real Estate Attorney Tamara Cross Announces WMA Seminar in San Diego, California

On Aug. 19, 2010, California business and real estate attorney Tamara Cross will be speaking at the Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association's 2010 MCM Seminar Series covering “Legal Cost Cutting” and “Demystifying the Process of Mediation.”

“Legal Cost Cutting” will discuss the application and notice processes, as well as collection efforts, while “Demystifying the Process of Mediation” will dissect the process and show how a better understanding and critical evaluation of internal procedures can bring cost savings. Classroom hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and lunch is included for all registered members. Those requiring special needs should contact the Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association prior to the seminar date. 

To qualify for member rates, attendees must be either community owners or managers of member communities, work directly for a S&I member, or be directly employed by a member management company. Managers or assistant managers directly employed by a nonmember community, but managed by a member management company, do not qualify for member rates. A $50 administrative fee will be applied for any cancellation within 3 business days of the event. Those interested in attending should register at least five business days prior to the event.
